21st Century B51A Non-Stick Grilling Screen, 11-Inch by 15-Inch

Got this grill screen for doing talapia and halibut and it works great. If you use this for fish you MUST: pour 1/8 cup olive oil in a ramekin, and mash a paper towel in it. Fire up your grill with the grill screen on it to preheat. When you are ready to grill, remove the soaked oil paper towel with tongs and rub over the grate (it will not catch on fire). Your fish is guaranteed not to stick (if you lightly spray oil your fish as well).
