I don’t know why more people aren’t using these they work excellent and there should be one in every room of a house during the summer. The cost on point. Brightness it’s like a daytime bulb, but I don’t really use it for a light on the porch because it would probably bring a lot more bugs. It’s really simple to use, screw it in like a light bulb then flip it on, both the light and the bug zapper come on flip it twice then only the bug zapper will be on. It does not make any noise I know I have a bunch of gnats in the one in my living room but I haven’t heard it once zap, it doesn’t even make the buzzing sound like the big ones outside do. I actually went to go looking at the other day thinking that I had no bugs in the house and I do it’s full of gnats. I haven’t tried cleaning it yet to see if it’s easy, I’ll edit this once I clean it. You’d think because the separators are so close together that big bugs couldn’t get in there but they do. Moths will always find their way. To make them last longer I will take them down during winter, they probably wouldn’t do good outside in the winter anyway. I will definitely purchase a couple more for the rest of the rooms in the house next summer. [...]
