I’ve had the bucket less than 2 months. It’s been working great, keeps ice well frozen even in 100° . However yesterday one of the rivets holding the handle on one side broke off. Filed with ice it’s too heavy for the single rivet left, and that one is about 1/2 broken out. Amazon wants me to send it back. I buy from Amazon so I don’t have to bother with shipping stuff. Perhaps a new one sent to me would be the simplest answer, then I could raise my score.UPDATE-I was finally able to find a way to contact the seller, sent an email on a Sunday afternoon. Within hours I received a reply. Over the next few days we emailed back & forth as I explained the problem with what turned out to be a handle screw not a rivet. The seller was very helpful & very much wanted to make things right. They sent me a new ice bucket, no charge. I live in So. Cal. w/ no ac, it gets in the high 90s in my house & this keeps ice frozen 6-10 hrs. Terrific ice bucket. Don’t buy any plastic ones, buy this one. [...]
